- Electronically eccentricities is a very unique little album composed of specially arranged short pieces of electronica music that creatively express what the emotions of little electronic devices might sound like. They each sing or tell a little story, maybe like little droid's or r2d2s. But the original vision for the album was of a dusty old gadget shop with the sunset beaming through the window..
You walk around and pick up these little machines and each one tells you its story.. sings to you in its own way or just Expresses itself through sound. They are all a bit robotic and out of time, - as machines would be kind of  8bit in vibe..but they all have a unique character and charm.
 I really love this little album I hope you enjoy it and give it a chance. The timing between the tracks is arranged to be listened to as a whole album for it to work properly not really single tracks...as some just stop, or start or go straight into the next track.. i intended it that way. I hope you like the idea.

A Timeless and Melodic Voyage Through the Quirky Mechanisms of the Soul

From back in the time when house music really started to make its move, here's a long lost house mix by Eddie Skratch, recorded in 1988. Ripped from a dusty old TDK D90 found deep in my archives. 

DJ/Turntablist Eddie Skratch (aka Eddie Noon) started scratching and mixing in the early 80's as well as doing grafiti. Eddie has been a resident DJ at bar/club nights in Huddersfield and Leeds for years playing Hip Hop, Funk and Breaks. He is part of the group Random Heroes and has also been providing scratches for records by UK Hip Hop producer Evil Ed since 1999.

June 2013 sees Eddie joins our collective TRICKY DISCO for a weekly dose of nu-disco, deep house, classic house, hip hop, funk & breaks at Five Bar Huddersfield on Saturdays.
