Since South Yard started as a music label in 2015, we have come a long way. We have edited music from more than 50 artists and have opened ourselves to different genres of Drum & Bass than we had in mind at the beginning of this project. That’s why we’re excited to present you with this compilation that brings together the best of what represented us in our early days, jungle and dubwize. Those were the days!

We remember when we started, everything was new and exciting. We didn’t know what the future held, but we were eager to find out. And here we are, years later, with a playlist that represents the best of our early days. There are songs from then and now, but we will always remember with fondness the jungle and dubwize, which opened the doors to the world for us.
It’s amazing how time flies, isn’t it?

Ranging from deeper, classically informed jungle shock-outs like "Bust Dis Ting" to creepy, toxic groaning rollers such as the Serum-style "Teasin'" and the loose-pants Full Cyclist wobbler "Culture", once again Agro is cooking up some truly authentic flavours that will work across both the jungle and jumpier sides of the dance. Dope Ammo's remix of Baby D’s rave classic “Let Me Be Your Fantasy” reached No.2 in the main Beatport Chart. It also became Beatport's biggest selling Drum & Bass tune over a 12 month period.
