Our 62nd release is the 4th installment in our KILLED BY DEF compilation series featuring the work of DJ/producer THE WHITE SHADOW!!! The WHITE SHADOW of Norway started as a club DJ in 1978. He went on to win the Norwegian DMC battles in 1988 and 1989 and began producing Hip Hop in 1990. In 1991 he moved to New York and became a member of the BDP POSSE and produced tracks for CRITICAL MASZ and THE WARRIORS OF SHAOLIN. He moved back to Norway in 1994 and still continued to produce tracks for some of Hip Hop's biggest names. THE WHITE SHADOW "THEN & NOW" is an 8 track retrospective of his work from the early 90's to the present day. The newer material features MC'S RAEKWON, KRS-ONE, KOOL G RAP, RAS KASS, and MASTA ACE just to name a few. "THEN & NOW" is limited to 300 vinyl copies and will never be repressed.
