Dope Totem is a progressive metal/djent project started by Adrian Ramos. At the forefront of the music is a prog-metal oriented approach in guitar composition, but it is also complimented by subtle musical progressions, methods, and techniques gathered from jazz, classical, and flamenco influences. It is not exactly a band quite yet. The guitar tracks have been composed by Adrian Ramos, and the bass and drums have been carefully programmed by, you guessed it, Adrian Ramos. In order to bring this music to the public, guitarist, vocalist, and aspiring producer Bobby Nabors has recorded, mixed, and mastered the music that makes Dope Totem what it is.
