L'auteur : Bertrand Lançon est historien professeur émérite d'Histoire romaine à l'Université de Limoges (Constantin (306-337, Théodose). Il vient de publier un essai sur les origines de la France aux éditions Perrin : Quand la France commence-t-elle ? (256 pages, 18.00 €).

As pessoas ficam demasiadamente infelizes com líderes tóxicos. Esses líderes, por não reconhecerem, não elogiarem e não motivarem seus liderados, fazem com quem muitos talentos os deixem.

André, mas então Como Trabalhar com Líder Fraco, o que deve fazer na prática, pois trabalho com um aqui e agora:

* Tente auxiliá-lo naquilo que ele mais tem dificuldade;
* Não seja puxa-saco, mas também não seja tão rebelde. Tenha o equilíbrio necessário para saber lidar com ele;
* Algumas vezes aconteceram casos de um Líder Fraco aprender com o próprio liderado, e os dois começaram a crescer juntos na empresa, raras vezes, mas já aconteceram casos assim;
* Se realmente não tiver jeito, já vai programando sua transição para outra empresa, através de consultorias especializadas, Linkedin e outros meios, mas se mexa.
