Doppler Effect é um projeto criado por Thulio(RISEN) e Eduardo(ATOMIIC). Residentes de Itaituba no oeste do Pará e apaixonados pela E-Music, concluíram no ano de 2019 o curso de discotecagem "FAP" (Faculdade Psicodélica - Belém-PA) realizado pela crew "DTX".
Atualmente desenvolvem um trabalho que define a identidade sonora, seguindo o  Full on Groove como vertente que variam entre 145 a 150 BPM, marcados com harmonia e com grooves intensos, que contagiam a pista do inicio ao fim de suas apresentações.
