Even though Berlin is widely considered the epicenter of dark and ominous techno, the city possesses more than a few feel-good house aficionados. The duo Mat.Joe set the vibes high with their latest remix for Phil Fuldner on Tube & Berger’s Kittball Records. It’s an all-German affair, and it might be some of Mat.Joe’s best work yet. The track is expertly produced and fuses hip-hop swagger with warm piano chords and knocking 808s. You can check out the rest of the Needin’ Someone EP, which was released earlier this week.
