Antwerp-based DJ/producer Capoon debuts on MoBlack Records with an idyllic four-track voyage for wanderlusts, featuring soundscapes inspired by travels and folkways from across the globe. First up, 'Holding On' anchors into a beacon of solace in Roos Denayer's rhythmic poetry. Cruising through sensual rhythms, limber progressions and permeating harmonies, this timeless title track is both an unwinding journey and perennial destination. Rendering robust symphonies, luminous climaxes, and satiating vibrations, 'Bayarmaa' is an immersive sonic experience that nurtures with maternal instinct and introspective resonance – a potent dance and redeeming meditation.
Up next, 'Khalango' converges lush organic sounds and ingenious synthetic elements to ascend to new elevations. Mingling mystical chants, riveting electronic inflections, and sultry strings, count on this dynamic dancefloor catalyst to obscure any concept of time and entwine the tangible and imagined. This atmospheric saga concludes with 'Kher San.' The ship contains dozens of music releases, each massive and unique tunes; their goal is to make all people dance. In 2021, more than 100 years into the voyage, Yamil, Thimble and Clemente becoming part of the crew. Their present to the people of Monaberry is an fantastic EP called No Friendship Is An Accident.

AWEN’s first artist album was an intro to her beautiful musical world. Mixing, afro, downtempo and electronica, it introduced us to a blend of momentful songs, in collaboration with a handful of artists. 

Now it’s time to bring these tracks to the dancefloor, with a series of remixes. This first remix EP, includes revamps by Dodi Palese, Monkey Safari and Yamil. 

Dodi, the Innervisions affiliate, uses Assumptions to make sure 2022’s Melodic House uses vocals the right way, while Monkey Safari use their distinct deep mellow beats to make Unstoppable festival-friendly. Last but definitely not least, Yamil is back on Madorasindahouse, with a signature organic remix of last year’s AWEN x Liva K collab, In Your Eyes.
