This is a tune off a tour-only CD that I have whipped up for my upcoming dates with Black Moth Super Rainbow, so I guess the release date is technically Sept 8.  It will be available at shows until I run out.  

Jay Jay

A live recording of the first ever Rhodes Summit.  Four Rhodes on stage and playing at the same time, plus additional synths.  this was played at Icehouse, In Minneapolis on Dec 10, 2015.  Bryan Nichols, John Keston, DeVon Gray and Martin Dosh on Rhodes and multiple other synths.  The Herbie Version can be found on his record Dedication.  recorded by Jon Davis and mixed by MD.

Rhodes Summit-Nobu (written by herbie hancock)

Early Dosh.  from 1998.  never released.  Recorded and mixed at Third Ear by Tom Cesario.  No loops here folks.  I just wanted to share it with you.  this was my first time in a real studio.  Tom Herbers' old place.  Amazing room.  This is all multitracked to 2 inch tape.  the playing and idea may be a little off, but the sounds are great.  B3, rhodes, piano, drums, junk..... it was a great few days there, and this is the best thing to come out of it.....

This is a song I wrote, brought out to the bay and had my man Jay Lane play drums on.  It's not finished, but had to share at this point.  Jay was one of my idols growing up, He has played drums for Primus, Charlie Hunter Trio and Bob Weir, to name a few.  Thanks to Derek Walls for mixing this jam and facilitating this trip.  It was a fun week of jamming.  We have lots more material, but this one seemed like a good place to start.

I'm Ready

Dosh, Busdriver, Jel and Ghostband hook it up in a snowstorm.  This track was made in 6 hours.  Jel on beats, Ghost on samples, Dosh on bass, Busdriver on vocals. and young Naoise Dosh on the main bell sample.  Happy wintertime to you all.  the war on Christmas continues. :)
