Miami-born talent Justin Rabin is a relative newcomer with an inventive sound that fuses hip-hop vocals, Latin percussion, and stripped-back tech basslines. Just two years into his production journey, Rabin has already landed releases on respected labels including COCO, PNK Records, and Sound D’elite. Now, he levels up with a major label debut on Lee Foss’ renowned Repopulate Mars imprint with ‘ICY’.

Title cut ‘ICY’ sees Rabin work with fellow contemporary trailblazer Rello, whose high-energy sound has been picked up by FISHER, Jamie Jones and Vintage Culture. Together, the pair deliver a raucous cut loaded with fresh and future-facing drums, plunging basslines and plenty of edge. Streetwise rapped vocals bring swagger, while synth sparks and crisp hits ensure maximum impact in the club.

On the digital flip is ‘Materialistic’, a no-holds-barred collaboration with Nate Ash, a Los Angeles native and key player in the underground scene aﬃliated with SOSA’s Coco Beats. Designed for peak-time mayhem, ‘Materialistic’ oozes a cool tech funk with rubbery bass bumping beneath mischievous vocals full of braggadocio.

Paco Osuna's record label, Mindshake presents a percussive tech house release by Davide T that has rolling grooves and upbeat energy.

When it comes to making music, Davide T is a skilled producer with a stripped back and hypnotic style. His tracks have been released by record labels such as Moon Harbour, Desolat, and Hottrax, earning DJ support by everyone from Disclosure to East End Dubs. Paco Osuna has been a big supporter of Davide T's music, and the tracks on this release have been a regular part of the Spanish icon's recent DJ sets.

"Wrong Ghetto" is the EP's title track, and it's got shuffling percussion and a deep bassline forming a framework for hip hop vocal phrases. "Look That" has tongue-in-cheek sleezy vocals, which add a hedonistic vibe to the track's dance floor-focused energy. "Bwoyz & Girlz" has acid stabs adding to the cheeky vocal sample at the heart of this percussive track.
