dotdotdot records' resident and House producer Jerome Drouot hits up with his reimagining of the 10cc classic hit "I'm Not In Love", his creative original production, harnessing the talents of new comer Lita (nee Erla Maria Gonzalez)floats beautifully above Drouot's breathy arrangements. The ethereal synth floating underneath the track moves it into the stratosphere.  When the track's bass kicks into gear, the dance floor is surely pumping.

The original version of 1983 is a funky and catchy track inspired by Madonna's “Lucky star” and captures the essence of the early 80s sound; Metallic drums, funky bass-lines, mystical bells and -of course- lush Juno-like pads.
 
1983 Blue Monday mix: 
This version is aimed at the clubscene. The concept for the Blue Monday mix is based on New Order's iconic sound, moving away from the funk and more towards an electronic, darker sound with its typical arpeggios and pads. 


1983 Tony Disco Remix:
Mexican disco-brothers Tony Disco are on the remix duties for this one and they delivers again, grabbing the real essence of the vintage disco sound. 
1983 Tony Disco remix is of great quality and the right addition for this EP.

Crashing onto Paper Disco with a razzle, a dazzle and a heavy dose of funking brilliance is Anoraak with his Fire Inside EP.

The title track is a chuggy groove workout with some serious Bernard Edwards style bass alongside funky as heck piano stabs, disco strings (of course!) and a conga workout. Add a great vocal from Lauren Turk and its a disco doozy. 

Up To You follows suit with another stomping bass line leading the charge before dipping into disco house. With a snazzy vocal sample, rolling percussion and spacey chords, its proper dancefloor tackle.

The man, the machine, the Emperor! He's back at Paper and gives Fire Inside a stretched out 'maxi edit' with extended scenarios, space dub delays, tension builds and lots more in that magical way that only he can.
