The DC native is a composer and multi-instrumentalist effortlessly blending golden era Hip Hop sampling, electrified jazz fusion progressions, disjointed 2-step textures, and auto-tuned pop punk melodies. His lyrics are equal parts predictive science fiction, slick poetic surrealism, and intimate emotional confession.

Under different monikers, .srj honed his craft in the 2010s blog era, with his work featured on GoodMusicAllDay.com, MassAppeal.com, and AllUnsigned.com. His collaborations with artists like BeauYoungPrince, Radamiz, and Damion Alexander earned him placements on MTV Jams and Hot 97.
