I really wish I could finish this tonight, but I have work in the morning, and I have a feeling that after my shift I'll lack creativity again.

Not going for anything clubby or dance music, just something ambient and me screwing around with some envelope generators. I tried messing around with different plugins/filters on the mixer...it's alright. But I really hate having to stop at something once I've already gotten into a creative flow. Oh well.

It's alright, mind you I'm really doing this for practice, didn't get too creative here because I'm exhausted from work. 
omg the tempo is way too fast, I have no idea what the hell I was thinking.
Didn't want to make it sound like a generic trance song (although it does anyway), so I tried to use a more unique drum pattern. I really need to look up more tutorials for drums and bass.

Yeah. Gotta keep practicing <3 Although I do feel as if I'm getting better and starting to understand the daw I'm using now.

The final version of this (aside from a tempo change) may be a bit more original, and that's the one I'll upload on my bandcamp page (which has only 2 tracks that I consider finished.)

The Veldt remake

You know I actually have a bit to say about this.

I went to Disney World, looked around the art galleries and chatted with a concept artist from the studio. Also kept seeing a lot of signs  that had old quotes from Walt Disney. A lot of them would be about not just saying you have a good plan but also doing it, which is how he had his work recognized. 
Had a melody stuck in my head from a dream I had while in Florida. Forgot it and I left my laptop charger home so I couldn't even put the melody down in FL Studio, but then it came back to me about an hour ago and i managed to get the basics down for it.

I also realize that it's becoming easier to work with FL Studio, just more time consuming if I actually want to buckle down and make this a 3 minute song (a good song) which is has the potential to be if I try hard enough.

I also need to put a few finished paintings.

So I know it's not perfect or the best thing out there, but I feel proud of it, and so I will show you guys. <3

Cyber band in the making?
Maihem= insane werewolf chick who was a former scientist along with her (silent but musically informed) boyfriend.
He was turned into a half ghost creature in the process of a risky experiment. Maihem tried to change him back but in process of doing so, became a werewolf with huge claws and color changing hair.
After their (illegal) experiment went wrong, they both lost their jobs and got evicted from their apartment, losing everything (except their laptop and guitar).

Now they live on the streets in hopes of gaining back enough money to buy back their home and stuff.

Maihem loves guitar, singing and EDM.
