I wanted to create something that had a vibrant, summery yet dope feeling and it just so turned out id been subconsciously collecting the right tunes to make that happen. 

𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜?
My first rave experiences were to the sounds of Drum n’ Bass and although I’ve strayed from the genre and now love and play other stuff, I think my non 4/4 roots come through in most things that I do. I like the versatility and experimentation of a breakbeat and feel it leaves more room to play - both behind and in front of the DJ booth.

I co-founded two projects here in Berlin, Double Trouble and FACILITATE. For Double Trouble, we do two versions of the night, one being focussed on the art of _baerchenwurst_, displayed on a backdrop of ambient music at our cute hangout spot Kwia and the other is pure party at Zur Klappe. We focus on bass music and are FLINTA so that plays a big role in the curation. I run the night together with DJ Doc and we started in December 2022. 

FACILITATE. I run together with DJ NORTHERN and we are a FLINTA Drum n’ Bass event which we started in November 2023. Both events were started to create more space for FLINTA DJ’s in the Berlin bass music scene, to make more space for bass loving queers on the dance floor and also just because we love it!
