Australian dance duo Dance Cult have taken upon themselves to rinse Crookers' "I Just Can't" featuring Jeremih.

Skimming some classic sounding whirly synths akin to DJ Mujava's "Township Funk" while adding ultra clean production game the final result is a timeless bit of kit, especially with that vocal "whoa" echo'd throughout. 

It'll feature on the forthcoming Crookers "I Just Can't" remix EP through Onelove with a TBC on release date.

Now - another one of my favourite combinations.

Like when chocolate got together with biscuits to form chocolate biscuits. Or when ice and cream started hanging out.
A true example of the old adage that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
And that's a pretty mean feat when you consider that this combinado is literally Australian dance music royalty - LO’99 in one corner - and The Aston Shuffle in the other.

And what did they create - Birthman - a swampy, wompy exploration into the boompty night time. This ain't for the radio - but it sure is for the club!!!!

What an honour to have these guys come together and release on Club Sweat.

Angel started as a drum loop from Elektron's Digitakt drum machine. We were just goofing around in the studio having a ton of fun throwing out phrases like "I'm not your angel" and "you do the math, add it up." there was a lot of laughing in between takes which you can actually hear at the very beginning of the track. I always have a blast when I get to be in the studio with Crush Club!"

From Crush Club: "We met LP Giobbi while on tour together, so our friendship and collaborations are built on this insane, heightened show energy. When we're jamming, we're all bringing that show-time vibe to the studio, and essentially playing a game of who is going to have the craziest idea.
