DANMA$ (Daniel Massicotte) embodies the intersection where analytical precision meets artistic expression. With a lifelong passion for music nurtured alongside a successful career as an Electronic Engineer and programmer, his journey is anything but conventional. His technical creativity led to significant achievements in diverse fields including software development, artificial intelligence, the 3D gaming industry, and the motion picture industry (with credits on award-winning Hollywood films like Confession of a Dangerous Mind, Gothika, and Assault on Precinct 13). This background brings an unconventional perspective to his music creation.

This extensive background in technology wasn't separate from his love for music; it became its foundation. Teaming up years ago with his wife, a musician (performer and teacher), marked a key moment he describes as "when art meets technology," merging musical theory with technical expertise.

Now fully immersed in and dedicated to music from his own studio, DANMA$ channels this unique blend of skills into his musical projects. While adept at operating as a self-sufficient creative force – writing, composing, performing, producing, and engineering his tracks – he also actively seeks out and thrives on collaboration, partnering with other artists to explore new sonic territories. This allows him complete control when working solo, yet openness to explore a vast sonic palette, drawing inspiration from a lifetime of listening to all genres of music. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, DANMA$ pushes creative boundaries, crafting a unique sonic identity, and ensuring each release is a distinct exploration unified by his singular vision and technical artistry.

Born and raised in Newcastle, 22 year old Ellie Scougall is cutting her teeth in the city’s underground club scene. Ellie's love for dance music and energetic sets is turning heads thanks to DJ sets featuring a unique selection of House, Garage and anything else uplifting and groovy. 

Despite growing up with a classical background, playing Piano and Violin throughout her school years, Ellie quickly found a love for EDM at age 13, ranging from artists like Aviciii and Martin Garrix through to DJ Sammy. Having younger parents who shared the same love for Ibiza classics and collected Ministry of Sound CD’s, Ellie became infatuated with the world of electronic dance music, eager for a taste of the nightlife scene.  

Regardless of the fact she didn't know anyone in the world of music, Ellie taught herself how to DJ by spending hours everyday watching Youtube, downloading music and reaching out to local clubs and being thrown straight in the deep end with a warm up set at Digital, Newcastle. She went on to have several residencies in the city, often playing all night long, where she really learnt how to DJ and control a crowd. Catching the eyes of promoters in Newcastle and beyond, Ellie has since gone on to support some of her biggest inspirations when making music - that of Gorgon City, D.O.D and Sam Divine. Ellie is set for an exciting journey to leaving an everlasting mark on the scene.
