The song is about Timothy Leary, the famous American psychologist and writer who gained prominence in the 1960s for his advocacy of the therapeutic and spiritual potential of psychedelic drugs. Leary saw the internet as a continuation of his earlier beliefs in the power of technology to connect people and expand consciousness.

Writer of prose and poetry since mid-1960s, Peter Grimbeek started on acoustic guitar in 1978 and now uses GarageBand and Logic Pro software to compose electronic music. The incredible cadence of his voice while reciting poetry makes a fantastic counterpoint to his electro-style songs. I recommend a visit to his SoundCloud profile:

Just a silly comment that I always found it funny that my initials that I would put in arcade high scores as a child in the 80s, then long after I was in college started being used for damage per second by Millennials and younger playing a computer game genre that was after my time.

07-02 4pm: responding to critic ratings down at 6.5 in Re-Ex by cutting it tighter so there is less hesitation at least in the 1st half.  -Usually-, tightening improves things.
