I imported the original .mod file and replaced it with my own  FM instruments (with a lil' help from +tek on the bass) emulated from  the Sega Genesis' YM2612 soundchip. I completely redid the percussion on the PCM channel with some samples... Excuse the beginning. I guess you'll be hearing more of this chip from me, this was just a test.

Tempest, a Finnish demoscene musician, won 1st place with this 4-channel chiptune at Assembly 2000. Timbaland sampled this song for his Nelly Furtado collaboration cd and did not pay any royalties for using a significant portion of his song to define the overall tune of the Furtado track.

I didn't realize until halfway through making this cover how basic a song Music A from Tetris was, so coming up with a way to loop the cover was a lot tougher than I anticipated.

I listened to the original Acidjazzed Evening a while ago and realized it didn't sound that much like acid jazz. So this cover was my attempt at fixing that. I don't actually know that much about acid jazz as a subgenre so who even knows if this sounds like it. Maybe I just have a hard-on for funky chords and need excuses to use them all the time. You decide which is true.

P.S I hate VRC7 slightly less now ok
