This is the second song of City In The Subconscious, an ongoing EP that tells a story. Most of the story is left up to your imagination.

I just went all-out wacko when making this one. I'm usually quite experimental with my music, and this song does a good job of showing that. I hope you like it, because I definitely do!

I usually synthesize at least 80% of my sounds, but I got some free foley sample packs today so I decided to mess around with them.  This is the output.  It took about two hours.

Anyway, this song is feat. Poleroyd without his permission, but I didn't put that in the title so I wouldn't ruin the surprise.  If you don't understand the reference with all the generic dubstep sound samples at the end of the song, don't worry about it!  I usually synthesize most of my sounds, but I used those samples because they were used in the song I was referencing... it's kind of an inside joke, don't worry about it.  :P

Also, never be too afraid to eat that last slice of pizza, even if it does make you look selfish.  Unless somebody else wants it, go ahead, eat that last slice, and be happy.

Candy Rain

A very short story about a small robot lost from space.  After some short but intense struggles escaping the scores of people attempting to capture him, he finds refuge and purpose as the assistant of a friendly baker.

A lot of the strange sounds at the end in this one were designed by taking advantage of the glitchy aliasing caused by a poorly-made synthesizer.  You can find new sounds in very odd places!
