I remember hearing this in the music store in 1986 and being in awe of the piece and the sequencing options in the ESQ-1, which wound up being my first synth.  34 years later, I'm still happily composing with it, and your song still gets me excited about the possibilities.  Thanks for the inspiration!

Love it, Doug!  Bought the Mirage and then the Ensoniq MR-64 (still have it), but never had the ESQ, so I missed this little gem!

This is the demo sequence that shipped with every ESQ-1 that ensoniq manufactured. I was in the Customer Service department there in 1985-86; I got my first sales territory in 1987. Submissions were needed for a song that would be loaded in the sequencer to demonstrate the synth at retail stores, and I had only one night to put this together. I have been looking around the Internets for some time trying to locate this, special thanks to the guy who reloaded his ESQ after 30 years and posted it recently!
