God's Favorite Mixtape 4

Dove has been recording rap music for over 20 years and released 8 albums. He released his first 4 albums under the name Mr. Dove. Life Is A Struggle (2003), The Getdown Mixtape (2004), The 1 And The Only Mr. Dove (2005) and A Mr. Dove Mixtape (2006). His work featured West Coast legends such as Keak Da Sneak, The Mossie and Cool Nutz, as well as many other local and upcoming Portland and Bay Area rappers. He was also featured on many of their albums, including Copper Loc, Mr. Mozaic and Stomper. 

Dove took a break from recording and found a deep and significant relationship with Jesus Christ around 2010, at which point he deeply regretted recording music that was against the teachings of God and His Word. He vowed that if he ever wrote again it would be for the glory of God. 

After a few years away, Dove began writing and recording again, and in 2015 released the first of what would be a series of 4 'God's Favorite Mixtapes'. The latest, part 4, was the first to not be pressed on compact disc and distributed. You can only find it on Soundcloud. 

The first 3 'Gods Favorite Mixtapes' were pressed and distributed hand to hand on the streets of Portland, Or, Doves hometown. He now splits time living in Goldendale, WA and Oaxaca, MX and is a avid member of his Churches and in the mission field. He hopes and prays that his music will point people towards the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Word of God. 

Dove is 41 years old, married and has 6 children.
