Just a short and simple song I recorded!

I can’t find a way to reach out of this living
I got hands so full they slowly fall behind
I can’t get no good from anything I’m seeing
And I know that it’s a troubled state of mind

I used to pray out for the ones that keep on going
I’m an empty shell with feelings pushed aside
There’s a way to help me, so they keep on telling
but I think I’ll slowly fade away and die

I’m so tired of people wandering off the fields
I’m so tired of people wandering to the streets

I meant to break this fall and get to where I’m getting
there’s no point in never being in control
I had to prove me wrong and find what I believe in
I found a note that said no one could have it all

But for now I think I’m fighting for a reason
to put myself away and just go on with this season
And I hope there’s an open door wide open for me to come and pass
