For his first EP on Downbeat, we see Sanxion stepping into the realms of Future Jungle, Trap and DNB. The Future Jungle tunes rollout with a full-on 140 junglistic workout, complete with super slamming beats, tearing basslines, sweeping synths and clever ideas. The Trap tune thumps like no other, with its unique flex and bouncy summery vibes. Then we see, Protune step up with a killer DNB remix of Sanxion's tune, Intezone.

Freshly signed to Downbeat, London based rude boy, Jurassik offers a brighter uplifting style to the 140 Breaks sound. His title track 'Wine Your Body' is a bass led roller, complete with traces of garage elements through its distinctive shuffling of tight drum percussion, ragga flexes and summer rave vibes. This is the perfect example of what cutting edge dance music is all about. On the flip, we see Left/Right returning to Downbeat, this time on remix duties. This re-working of ‘Wine Your Body’ is a full-on 140 junglistic workout, complete with super crisp slamming beats, tearing basslines, sweeping synths and is packed to the rim with some of the craziest edits you’ll ever hear. This one is diffidently deadly and will leave the crowd in stitches!

Ribs & IG88 return to Downbeat with another slice of Breakbeat bigness. This new single is packed to the rim with great studio work, creative ideas and a street level vibe all it’s own. Starting things off, we have the massive track from Ribs titled ‘The Illest’. This piece of electro-breaks madness runs ruff & steady from start to finish. The main bassline is large, twisted and buzzing as it rides along proper beats and wicked change ups. On the flip, IG88 chimes in with his tune ‘Scirocco’. This time we see him stepping up on a chunkier beat and an ever changing bassline that just devours any speaker system it’s played on. Great energy and switches throughout the entire track as it rolls out nice and rugged.
