Hailing from the redwood trees of Santa Cruz, DownsquareZ is the musical project of Colin McAndrews, a drummer and beat-maker since an early age.

Colin carved a name for himself playing renegade gatherings, soaking his original sounds into the forest canopy late at night. His bass heavy production style combines Glitch Hop and Dubstep with analog synth sounds, vinyl samples, and melodic atmospheres. With an infectious onstage energy, DownsquareZ will get you moving, shaking and smiling as he flexes your mind with his fantastic beats.
