Tapes for Rituals.

We understand a set as a journey into the unknown. To enjoy this journey you need time, that is why we came to the conclusion of only doing extended sets of at least 3h from now on. This year I will play fewer times, but longer, and if they are all like one of the last sets I played in 2021, we will all enjoy it very much. More than 6 hours, starting at 10:30 AM, after an early morning of Meditation and Yoga in Barbarenas, an eco paradise in southern Mexico. Many things happened this day, you can hear it for yourself. This is the “Story of my life”

Since we can recognize ourselves as humans, we tell histories. From the ancient times to now, we listen and transmit knowledge with different ways of expression.
Words putted together in the right way, writed down, can became a book, and teach the unknown. Words putted together in a rhythimic way, can became a chant, and please the senses. 
But is not only with words that we can tell a storie.  A story can be told in many ways...
Today who's gonna tell his storie, using the art of blending sounds, is Guaraci. A brazilian producer, also mastermind and co-founder of our netlabel Senso. Bringing the power of the sound journey to help ourselves to see something different. Guaraci has a lot to say, without using words... 
Estimulating our imagination to the true potential between the lines.

 therefore we dare to dream of a world without war and hate, the smallest thing that we all can do is manifest a better world as each kind thought and desire counts.

Dvniel - August New Moon

Over a hundred years ago, when our ancestors were first brought here, the land of the village was barren and gray. Everything was dull and colorless, the wind cold and bitter. Still, our ancestors worked hard. They built houses out of mountain stone, sewed warm, wadded- cotton jackets, and planted seeds in the hard dirt. 
 But, despite their efforts, the land 
refused to bear a single plant or flower. However, even though it looked hopeless, our ancestors continued to work. 
Then one night, when the moon was big and round, the air filled with a strange fluttering sound. Our ancestors thought that a great storm was coming and rushed inside. 
And a great storm was coming. With a crash, raindrops seemed to fall from the sky. 
But what strange rain it was! Round and smooth, in the glowing light the raindrops looked like silver pearls! And when they touched the ground, they disappeared. 
“It’s raining pearls!” our ancestors said to each other. “Jewels from the moon!” And they rushed out with baskets and bags, catching what they could from this strange storm. Magically, when the raindrops were caught, they didn’t disappear; and soon their baskets and bags were full. 
 But in the morning, our ancestors saw that the drops were not pearls or jewels. In the sunlight, they saw that they were really seeds. But no one knew what kind of seeds they were. Curious, they planted them in the hard earth. 
 And when the moon raised again that night, the strange rain fell again as well. This time our ancestors were not fooled and just watched the drops disappear into the ground. But in the morning, the  planted seeds were sprouting as if watered by a magic brew. 
 So night after night the seed rain fell from the sky. And as daylight broke over the land, the seedlings grew higher. Soon they grew into beautiful silver trees with golden flowers. They were so beautiful, our ancestors planted more and more seeds and soon the whole village was blooming with hundreds and hundreds of flowering trees. 
And since then our home has been called the Village of Moon Rain. We plant new seeds every day, and every night, the moon rain falls and every morning a new seedling sprouts. Maybe in another hundred years all this stony land will be covered with trees and the mountain will be as golden as the Moon.

 As jewels  from the moon our next storyteller Manucho spreads the seeds into the ground of the music , which grows beautifully and lets us listeners enjoy  and appreciate  his musical creatures.  Sounds crafted by him are pure , fresh and groovy , and it’s so easy to get lost into them and set the soul and  body free .

Manucho - Full Fruit Moon

🌛 
 One time there were three animals, a jaguar, a snake, and a vulture. The snake and the vulture argued over the Moon. The snake wanted to eat the Moon because it looked so good. The vulture wanted to hide the Moon or steal it away so it would be safe from the snake. Their friend, the jaguar, talked to them and tried to get them to come to an agreement. The snake and the vulture still disagreed. The jaguar took the Moon to a dark, dark, scary cave. Doing this made it very dark outside. The snake and the vulture were mad then at the jaguar. The vulture and the snake had to work together to go into the dark, scary cave to get the Moon.
Even now at night, sometimes it looks as if the snake has eaten some of the Moon. And at other times, it looks as if the vulture must have hidden the Moon because we cannot see it in the sky, but for that, we have our imagination and fascinating world on top of our heads.

Once in a Blue Moon, I had a dream,
A dream of passion, that made my heart scream.

A dream of Adventure & of Love

Hallows' Eve holiday dates back thousands of years to the Celtic celebration of Samhain.
