This playlist is to showcase my learning process of home recording and self producing my own music. It's rough but hope you enjoy the ride! If you don't oh well, it's mainly for personal enjoyment, thought I'd share it :P.

Just want to say THANKS for listening and thanks for all the follows and plays, didn't think I'd get any response on this at all.

The latest demo/mix of my original song Amber Sky.
This is the 2nd mix for August. 

There's still a TON of work left to do, but this is the first mix I've done that actually has almost all parts written and tracked. Keep in mind this will be a ROUGH version. Some of the transitions, drums fills and stuff are a little jarring when they kick in, but overall it's coming together which is better than nothing!

02. Amber Sky - V3 -- DRum Work (Mix 2) BEST VERSION

This is a sample of a song I'm working on, just came up with the riff and the piano lines within a few minutes of just playing around. I can't really play piano, but it doesn't sound too bad.

Kind of liking how the 7 string's sound turned out, still needs tweaking of course, but it's only a sample.

It's rough around the edges, and I'm learning how to mix, master and produce, slowly but surely. 

And the drums obviously aren't real! It's ToonTrack Superior Drummer at work :D.

Overall for now, I'm happy with the results!

Project Fade Zero - (Rough Demo - Take 3)

For now, this is the last take or demo mix I'm gonna do. 
My ears are pretty beat up from the hours and hours of listening, mixing, editing and all that good stuff! 

The only difference between this and "Take 3" is a new guitar line I've come up with today (10-17-2014). The EQ and levels have changed a bit too, hopefully not for the worst.

Let me know what you think, I'm all for constructive feedback.

It's rough, and as of now, the project has begun to re-record EVERYTHING I've done up till now, and get some finalized songs uploaded here.

I usually play this song and any Disturbed song I upload better than this, but I haven't practiced in a while (tisk tisk) :D.

Another rough cover from the band Disturbed.
Gonna say it now, there were quite a few mistakes made while playing/recording this one.
But that's what happens when I stop practicing as much as I used to. 
Gotta tighten up my playing again.

Was practicing and decided this was one of the best takes I could record of this epic song!
It's probably all sorts of wrong and I'm missing notes, changes, other layers etc etc etc yada yada! And yeah you can hear the song playing in the background as I play :D.

Battle Axe is def one of my favorite songs off of "Message To You".

I really need a job so I can get me some decent recording gear to do my playing a little more justice than this.
