Fabian Krooss drops a trippy melodic house release via Flow Music, which also features an indie dance remix by YAME.
Based in Berlin, Fabian Krooss is a German artist who is known for his majestic style of melodic house, which combines organic sounds with captivating synth melodies. This is Fabian Krooss' first time releasing on Flow Music, and his music can be found on other respected record labels such as Stil Vor Talent, Sounds of Khemit and A Tribe Called Kotori.

On remix duty, YAME are a duo whose disco tinges and psychedelic style of indie dance has been featured on record labels ranging from Bar 25 to Disco Halal.

Flow Music is an Australian record label linked to the Flow Sessions podcast series and website with the same name as the record label. The imprint has previously featured tracks and remixes from the likes of El Mundo, Super Flu, Dave Seaman, and Dole & Kom.

"Falling to Pieces" is the solo original track on this release, and it combines shuffling percussion with sparkling melodies, and a trippy bassline that swells with tension building modulation. YAME's remix of "Falling to Pieces" adds a new pulsating arpeggio synth and a psychedelic vocal that transforms their version into a distinctively unique interpretation.

Serving up hot new joints one after the other, label habitué Fabian Krooss is back with a vengeance this spring. Taking his talents to Kotori again, Krooss takes us on a compellingly poetic ride with 'Time'. An invitation to "remain present with the moment rather than letting your potentially negative thought spirals and judgements distract you from the good stuff right in front of you", this new effort finds the German producer blending his unmatched tune-making with a sixth-sense for manufacturing groovy tracks that hold a life-affirming message.

Built around a sample of T-Bone Walker’s Hypin’ Woman Blues, 'Keep Movin' is slo-burning house on a dreamy tip, mixing a "deep, steady rolling bassline with the lightness of sparkly, floaty and harmonious synthlines on top perfectly capturing the message of the track". The title-track, 'Time' - a collaboration with Auckland/New Zealand based vocalists Mia Kober & DirdyGerdi, is about "acting rather than complaining, about making things better, rather than watching the world go down". Through a chiselled piece of sound design moving from appeasing ethereality to sizzling tension, Krooss has us shifting gears, summoning that deep-seated will in us to regain control over our life, to reclaim our time and inhabit it afresh. To Be Discovered IV marks the latest chapter in Amaeo’s ongoing series, spotlighting a diverse lineup of talent across nine carefully curated tracks. A blend of new names and familiar faces come together for a compilation that reflects the label’s evolving sound—deep, danceable, and always a touch unconventional.

The journey opens with Ivan Masa’s Open The Door, a groovy number driven by punchy drum fills and a detuned synth line that invites you in with a vocal whisper. FAE follows with Don’t Sleep, delivering her signature energy through playful vocal chops and tight house percussion. K.eem adds a fresh twist with Make Me Feel So Alive, a breakbeat jam layered with beatbox flute, cinematic hits, and a vocal hook that hits right in the feels.

On the deeper end, MANTi’s Ritual brings tribal grooves and stabby synths, building tension through rhythm and repetition. Gidoco, Shigin, and Nael team up on Roots, pushing experimental boundaries with glitchy drums, eerie vocals, and a touch of darkness made for adventurous sets. Reverence by Naethan and Lazarusman adds a poetic moment with dreamy afro grooves and spoken word that shifts into a pulsing arpeggiator.

Özgür Can returns with Sundazed, a dreamy, textured breakbeat track that melts glitchy vocals into a psychedelic haze. Deep Breath by Navas brings the energy back with a floor-ready groove and catchy vocals, lifted by bell-like synths and cinematic flair. Closing the compilation is Cyrana’s All I Am Chasing For, a minimal and moody track built on tight drum shots, detuned synths, and just the right dose of tension for the late-night hours.
