Premiering the first episode of Doyouspin show with a one splendid hour of disco tunes: we introduce to you Nicolás Trujillo.

Nicolás Trujillo, from Valdivia-Chile, is a South American DJ with more than 10 years of experience. He is the Co-founder of the former DJ collective “Sonido Klandstino” who contributed to the growth and development of the Valdivia music scene. In 2004 he was resident of the avant-garde Club Ocio (Valvidia, Chile), where he mixed lounge, trip-hop, nu-jazz, soul, funk, hip-hop, and house. His freestyle sets are coined by his alternative and versatile sound and also known for his frenzy groove and revitalizing house.

Artists who inspire Nicolás Trujillo, to name a few, are Herbie Hancock, Swayzak, Kool&The Gang, David Bowie, Baltra, Folamour, Underworld, Brett Johnson Ian Pooley and many more.

"My main focus is from house to techno and everything in between.

I also like to explore different musical directions so in some sets l can go from hip-hop to funk and disco and in others play with more chilled electronic vibes.

Connecting the dots between old school and new music is very important to me so I try to blend in some classics and hidden gems in my sets too."
