Pan-Pot are back, this time with the Cells EP on their newly formed label, Second State. The new label sees Pan-Pot taking full creative control as they move into the second phase of their career, and both Cells and Third Eye are keen indicators that the pair are starting a new chapter of their sonic journey.

Third Eye was born out of Pan-Pot’s urge to create a track with a driving, hypnotic bassline. As a result, Third Eye makes its way into your head as listeners instantly get hooked on the bassline, but it’s not until the arp changes that things really start getting weird and fun.

Probably one of my all-time favorite mixes that I've done. This one is from May of 2008 whilst living in Chicago. Spacey nu disco and house vibes galore. My original words and track list below...

"Shouts to John Buckby aka Schmoov! & Nathan Boddy aka Office Gossip @ Winding Road, Lovebirds & Vincenzo @ Teardrop, Spirit Catcher, Crazy P, Ron Basejam, & Hot Toddy. Without you guys, there would be no inspiration for mixes like this! 

This mix was made the ol' fashioned way: using two Technics SL1200-MK2 turntables and one Pioneer DJM 300-S mixer. Call it a throwback!!! The acapella entitled Akabu - Phuture Bound (Fxapella) - (Z Records) and the sound fx from Nu Rhythmix - Urban Safari (Swing City) were used throughout this mix. Mastering of this mix was done by Marcus Aurelius @ M-Lab in Milwaukee, WI.

"Welcome to Feed The Raver podcast. My name is Craft and this week we present Unjiin from Seoul, Korea.

He is a techno DJ and producer with releases on several labels including remixes from artists such as Ness and Dorian Gray. He is the founder of Korea’s first techno label ECI Korea and leader of East Collective, a live techno team. He had a successful international debut at Miami WMC 2010 as Korea’s best electronic musician. He played in places such as Sullivan Room in New York, Spybar in Chicago, Ministry of Sound in UK, Zouk in Singapore, Ultra, Womb and Air in Japan, ℅ Pop in Germany, Sonar, Ultra and Global Gathering in Korea, Midi festival China, and various parties and festivals in Asia. Today, he is surely one of the most independent, versatile, and inspiring DJs in Korea.. He is becoming well-known in Asian techno circles as one of top producers and DJs to watch. Upcoming releases include an EP on Next Week Records and a collaboration with Japanese producer Iori. He is scheduled to perform at several events in Korea before heading back to Europe in September. He is also known as Rainjacket for his imaginative abstract ambient and electronica project.
