Sublease Music presents new heat from the evergreen Steve Kelley with his Last Time EP.  

With almost 20 years in the game, Steve has been a part of some of the largest and most respected brands in dance music, repping his signature groovy, chunky house vibes. 

Title track Last Time, is a rolling, slinky groover with deep chords that add a thoughtful dimension to the track. 

Life is cut from similar cloth, with a hypnotic vibe, tasty synth washes and choice vocal samples. 

Completing the EP is a Pornbugs remix of Last Time, which opts to beef up the bass and foreground the funk - the perfect accompaniment for the original.

'The ever welcome NTFO make their long awaited return to Bondage Music with ‘UNM’. Remix support comes from Vern and Alex Ranerro.

Long regarded as the break out stars of the Romanian electronic scene, Dani and Robert aka NTFO have blazed a trail since 2008. Label heads at Sintope and deep tech aficionados, their deep house hybrid sound has soundtrack parties the world over.

Opening with ‘UNM’ bass heavy grooves flow from the speakers filling the room with joy. Nuanced disco touches and a robust percussive underbelly complete the picture. Wigging out in the main break, the drop acts as the perfect refocusing point for the track to power forward with gusto. The Romanian producer Vern uses all of the studio skill on his remix of ‘Neptunes’ to deliver a sexy deep cut that is sure to make some babies on the dance floor!

Alex Ranerro’s re-imagination of ‘Breach Surge’ is little groover, deep yet warm, bubbly yet groovy. Finally, the pair showcase a second original in the form of ‘Evbody’. Bumpy and deep, the bass groove is the real star here'

New artist, new sound! Get to know Frederick Ansgar’s music.
His debut release "Newland Castle" on DP-6 Records is available now on all platforms. 
"Newland Castle" reflects the evolution of the producer's sound, his desire to experiment with new textures and atmospheres. Frederick started working on the release on the train, where he sketched out the ideas on the way home. And later he finalized these tracks over several sessions at home. Now this edition consists of three original works - "Newland Castle", "Run In The Night" and "Emrnt".  In these tracks Frederick dives deeper into the atmospheric sound, moving from hard to a softer and more melodic one.

Ross Kiser steps up for Sublease Music with two new down-and-dirty tracks that reflect the maturing of his sound over the last few years. 

The US-based artist set out to make a darker, minimal EP highlighting synth work and textures to create groove and atmosphere, and succeeded completely.  

Catacombs is a deep and dark rolling joint that foregrounds intricate synths and sounds over drums and percussion. As Ross explains, “I wanted to create a sense of tension and release that not only worked in a groovy sense but also for the dancefloor. I chose and created sounds that in my ears had power and depth, and I’m super happy with the end result.” 

Next up is Differently which uses a similar sound palette but with a slightly more house-y result. Again Ross breaks down his thinking; “It has a slightly housier (deep) and groovier feel to it, featuring a more melodic bassline that is meant to get you moving. I love playing with vocals and so when I found the “hook” or the simple yet elegant “Differently” vocal stab, it immediately worked and sat nice in the mix”. 

Nürnberg based Markus Homm rounds off the EP with a stripped down and even deeper remix of Catacombs.

DP-6 is a music project founded in 2000 by Vadim Indigo and Alexey Filin.

Musical tastes of the project participants were formed under the influence of the electronic scene of the 90s. it is reflected in their music  that combines atmospheric and machine sounds. The defining moment for DP-6 was in 2003, when the first project‘s record was released, and a few years later the track DP-6 became a part Hernan Cattaneo's Renaissance compilation, which was well accepted on electronic scene. Alexey and Vadim are also the founders of the label DP-6 Records, which publishes not only their own tracks, but also music of other artists.
