Inspired of my love in life that's gotten me through challenges and trials, in respect to contributors along with the spark motivator; video recorded at "The Danish Place" and resting place of my Uncle which resonates as another kind of home for me growing up.

Song nearly made itself to the point of the found beat's intro rhyming with the first written word "Win;" on a Free For Profit instrumental.
Written all on a "Double full moon", recorded and produced on the latter new moon; hence the theme of inspiration is "Whole Moon".

The writing of this song was inspired by the area of our community known to be "less fortunate" and the things surrounding such challenge of common hardship.

From my own experience, I know proper help is at times necessarily required for making greater overall existence change of society and the true importance of health & activity in continuity.

Hard Times

Ever get lost in a trance looking at the beauty of the ocean, a flowing waterfall, or even an aquarium ? Water is known to give us a sense of peace and serenity. When we’re around water, our brain becomes engaged with the environment and we enjoy some pretty dope sensory stimulation. In some studies it’s found that less cortisol (the stress hormone) and more serotonin, oxytocin, and dopamine (those feel good hormones) in people as they spend time near bodies of water. A handful of tracks from this instrumental project I put together have some ambient water effects put in the mix to mimic the calming and soothing effects of water.
