The mix in the progressive house genre is named by the Portuguese untranslatable word Saudade.  If you try to explain it, it’s a longing for something that is most likely lost forever.  This is the realization that everything around has changed - now neither you nor other people will be the same.  This is not just ordinary nostalgia, but a deeper, philosophical recognition that change is an inevitable part of life.
 The term saudade itself comes from the Latin solitudo (loneliness), but in Portugal this emotion is not perceived as negative, but is combined with light sentimentality and romance.  In general, I wish you a pleasant listening experience!
