Dang copyright bots! They spoil all the fun! This is a great mash-up. I had the same idea. I made a version on RAVE which came out a little similar to this.

Sonic Frontiers has quite a few references to Evangelion, and while making a video compiling all of those references I wanted to make a quick mashup of the ending theme, "Dear Father", with the iconic song, "Komm Susser Tod" from the End of Evangelion.

but apparently now if you use this song in your content, YouTube and the copyright holder (in this case, Sony Japan) block your video in multiple countries. so basically, the video + the video only containing the mashup itself would've been obscured and blocked to 83% of my audience. so I decided to bite the bullet, swap out the music in that video, and upload this mashup as a timed exclusive to my Soundcloud until this issue gets sorted out. it sounds really good in my opinion and I did NOT want to trash it lol.
