WIP #2. I took parts of one of my very first projects (a really bad attempt at EDM/Dubstep) and flipped the genre. Very incomplete but it's an idea that could go somewhere.

WIP #4. First serious Hip-hop beat I've ever made. Probably the first thing I've made that isn't horrible either. The guitar vibes are nice but I'd like to make more original melodies in the future (used loops a fair amount, but I did chop and re-arrange a lot. Drums and bass are mine though)

WIP #5. Accidentally made a cool drill beat without ever having listened to drill apparently. Not really sure what I was doing with the bass but people have told me it's cool and fits the genre. Catchy flute melody I like quite a lot, probably one of my most attention grabbing beats (in use by a few people, beat for my first ever collab with a vocalist)

WIP #6. After WIP #5 I decided to try make another drill beat as I enjoyed the vibe. This one's a bit more sinister, I enjoyed making the synth melody to go with it. The bass is probably my favorite yet as well.

WIP 6

WIP #6 but with added vocal samples. After making WIP #6 I was inspired by the sinister theme to take some vocal cuts from the 2005 DOOM movie. I think they really add to the vibe and I wnjoyed working with vocals for the first time. Not sure if I'll do anything like this again but it was a fun project.

WIP 6 (Vocal)

WIP #7. I decided I wanted to make another beat featuring guitars. The violin was an after thought that turned out to sound really good. The arpegiating synth sound was thrown in there as well to fill things out a bit, but I'm not sure how I feel about it. Probably a project I'll come back to another day if I feel like it but for now I think it's another chill guitar vibe.

WIP #8. A new vibe I haven't really tried before. Played around with some really nice bass synths and panning on the leads. Probably my favorite project yet.

WIP #9. Experimented a lot with beat changes, such as going to a drill hihat pattern midway through and whatever you call that crazy bit near the end. Very fun and satisfying project to work on, I'm very happy with how it sounds.
