Hailing from Celle, Germany, Demented first heard jungle/dnb as a 12 year old when he got his hands on a One Nation Rave Tape. From that first listen he was hooked, the pace and power making a lasting impression. His obsession with the sound carried him thought his teenage years to his first rave party, Jungle Mania in Bremen, solidifying his love for this music and motivating him to become involved in the German rave scene.

In 2005 he began his DJ career at Timecode @ Tivoli in Bremen and has been working as a DJ in the scene ever since. His style of mixing is one geared toward the dance floor, his selection on the harder, industrial side of Techstep and Neurofunk.

In 2015, after amassing over 10 years of experience as a DJ, he made the transition into production and has secured 2 single releases on Subplate Recordings, with his debut EP also being released on the label in June 2020. His Industrial, dark and twisted brand of tech funk has garnered support from well-known DJ’s and has quickly developed his own unique sound and signature within the genre.
