"Cuba", the lead track from BMB Spacekid's EP of the same name, is a surprising slab of '80s funk that could easily have been produced by Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz. Going a step further, the similarities between BMB Spacekid's "Cuba" and the Happy Mondays' "Yes Please!", or any Tom Tom Club, are impossible to ignore.BMB Spacekid's Cuba EP is due for release on on October 17 through The Full Hundred.

Done last year in Athens... Sept/Oct 2012 really it is a simple reedit from the catz n dogz re-edit (great credit to them), my rendition is merely extending with overlapping tones and some reverse sampling, creating more reverb and depth, enjoy the extended summer feel.. .-)

The intention was a, soundtrack to a video production, however that video got lost in Windows, and creeping file size to nothing tangable.  Credits to ANDREA DELALEZ for the cups of tea at least on this one and mostly adventures on the wheels of steel in Athens. 

Promo only, play loud. Video on request.. Maybe Delalez can find it LOL.
