At that time, when the doctor's engine was driven by the tune of the Knight Rider, he met Michael in a basement in Munich. Hidden under the pseudonym Kommissar Keller, Dr. Seltsam found in him a fellow cellar hedonist and was introduced to some massive boogie all-nighters. The two stayed in contact and every so often the mysterious figure shared some crazy auditory files. Bearing names like 'Jelly Donut Disco Invaders', 'Star Escalator Part 1', 'Glockenbach Metro Boogie' and 'Meskalin Session #1' the documentations from the South of Germany kept Dr. Seltsam's interests. For this, the doctor asked Kommissar Keller to construct a special one to add to his collection, and it resulted into a report of Bavarian Kosmonauts spacing in the early morning.

But it was in the year 2011 that a bunch of crazy,enthusiastic and creative people reinvented the Dr. and used some of his ideas of gathering strange but lovely people in extravagant locations and sceneries in order to enjoy life, music, exchange ideas, dancing, being creative and love...
