this is it! this is the big one. i've been working on this on and off since 2013. i was 16 when i started this album. i was a completely different person but in many ways, especially artistically, i was the same. worse at some things and better at others but. still just an emo dweeb writing synth solos over major chords. 

i began promoting this album under the vague title "my magnum opus" in 2015 or 2016 and a lot of my following has rotated out since then but im sure a lot of people will be familiar with some of these tracks. they feel a lot different to listen to when theyre all in a row, it is very much greater than the sum of its parts. the story bliss tells is a long one but every piece was necessary i think. im trying not to get too emotional writing this but. this record means a lot to me. it will be a long time before a record means as much to me as this one.

it's really not that bad

i'd gotten into the habit of speeding up or slowing down my music around the time i released pm2s, and so i figured a slowed version might help the listener get that same sort of vibe i got from doing that. has nothing to do with slowed + reverbed
