The idea that would soon become Dramadness started in January of 2008 when two young men, Kevin Speer & Leonard Arnold, starved for inspiration and craving expression met in Maine. Kevin had been experimenting with electronic music for three years creating intricate beats, captivating riffs, and thought provoking lyrics. Leonard was barely in his first year of "music making" and was producing alternative/ambient songs with haunting lyrics and striking melodies. The two soon started several projects, but all major efforts were stymied by their enlistment in the Navy. Over the course of the next year working with only a computer, a keyboard, & microphone and through sporadic schedule changes, cross-country moves (Bath, Maine to San Diego, CA), months of sea time, and the ever present drama and madness inherent in Navy-life the two would refine their sound to what it is today. Now finally settled in San Diego and with their music production in full swing, Kevin & Leonard hope that you get lost in Dramadness.
