Jabbadub is a polish dub project, found in 2006 by Dino Dub Selekta - composer, producer and dj. First Polish artist known for using King Tubbys style method of live dub mix in studio and live, utilising analog and digital effects to present unique compositions. Their studio and live sessions are often complemented by toasting, and vocals of Mista B as well as many other artists.

Globyman aka Globus (voc.) was called as the bard of DUB, used to start with Overdub band in the middle of 90’s. In 2002 joined to very new project Dread Squad and became well known in roots and ragga sound systems. During the time of out coming of ragga in Poland he decided to come back to the dub music culture becaming the voice of one of well known Band – Wszystkie Wschody Słońca recording the record “luv ethnologic dub”. He was cooperating with one of the most known dub engineers, producers, musicians Smoq and Mario Dziurex (Join Venture Sound System) in Sound System’s projects and also recordings. These cooporations brings the way of supporting eg. Lee Scratch Perry (his first visit in Poland), Mad Professor, Zion Train, Dread Zone, Bush Chemists, Nucleus Roots. He was also seen in Dub step projects. Finally in 2015 he performed with Mad Professor. During some years till their last concert he was performing with the legend of dub roots band Inity Dub Mission.

The Dub Mission Continues !

Jabbadub est projet Dub polonais fondé en 2006 par le compositeur, producteur et Deejay Dino Dub Selekta. Premier artiste polonais connu pour avoir utilisé la méthode de mixage live & direct dans son studio, inspiré par King Tubbys, utilisant des effets analogiques et numériques pour proposer des compositions uniques et originales. Les sessions en studio sont souvent partagées avec des chanteurs ou toasters tel Mista B et de nombreux autres artistes.

Globyman alias Globus est aussi dénommé le barde du Dub. Il a forgé ses armes musicales avec le groupe Overdub au milieu des années 90. En 2002, il rejoint le tout nouveau projet Dread Squad et devient un incontournable MC des sessions sound systems Roots et Raggamuffin. Il se consacre ensuite à la culture Dub en devenant la voix du groupe Wszystkie Wschody Słońca, avec qui il enregistre l'album "Luv Ethnologic Dub" puis coopère avec l'un des Sound Systems les plus reconnus de Pologne, le Join Venture Sound System, composé des ingénieurs Dub, producteurs et musiciens Smoq & Mario Dziurex. Globyman partagera alors la scène avec Lee Scratch Perry (lors de sa première visite en Pologne), Mad Professor, Zion Train, Dread Zone, Bush Chemists, Nucleus Roots. On le retrouve également dans des projets Dubstep. En 2015 il se produit avec Mad Professor et a joué avec le groupe de Dub Roots Inity Dub Mission.

After Bordeaux, Grenoble, Marseille, Lille, Rennes, Dijon/Besançon, Avignon, and "Grand Est", this new part is dedicated to Nantes, and presents 16 producers from this area.

After 10 years of activism, Culture Dub Records created its own label in 2010 and released a first 10’’ vinyl, which is such a beautiful collaboration between the dubmaker Barbés D and the singer Sista Bethsabée. For the past five years, 5 vinyls have been produced by Culture Dub Records with Dubbers who came to the famous Nuit Du Dub organised in Poitiers! 

you will find or discover original productions from Barbès.D, Mexican Stepper, Pilah and Digital Seal Hi-Fi, accompanied with true voices of Joe Pilgrim and Sista Bethsabée. These talented artists demonstrated aesthetics and musical colours, showing that Dub music does well from Roots, to Stepper, through Digital or tinged Electro and Bass Music !

In the mystery tradition Enoch is Thoth and Hermes. He invented magic and astrology - he knows the secret of immortality. In Genesis we read that Enoch walked with JAH and was taken up.

I suggested to Prince Alla that we do a song about Enoch's mystic ascent. We wound up recording two. This song was originally recorded on a King Alpha rhythm and recently remixed by Ras Muffet. I love the story told by the keys.
