Ikon B has been a regular fixture for Ghetto Dub since the early beginnings of the label and his tunes have always brought a massive vibe with them and these 2 bangers definitely don't break the mould in that respect.

Any Angles starts with a funky, yet dubwise guitar lick sprinkled with Dub Sirens and filtered breaks which carry us along until the bassline steps in and slaps you across the face. Consciousness just flow.... Defo one for the heads!

Think of Charlie is a spacey jungle roller that is somehow reminiscent of Ikon B's first release on the label alongside Crisis, RaggaMuffin Party... Deep Dubby jungle vibes that roll along nicely with some obligatory rave bleeps thrown in for good measure.

Whilst Black Barrel and Ant TC1 were neighbours in Thailand for a short while, Black Barrel introduced Ant to some unfinished projects from the 90s by Karl Miller.  Immediately impressed by the sound and styles of these original ideas, they both quickly agreed on two tracks to rework which would form a Dispatch Blueprints release. 

Karl Miller and Black Barrel set about finishing these tracks, submitting ideas back and forth between each other to add their own styles and sound to these impressive tracks. Deep, atmospheric jungle music with an unmistakable modern twist.

They said there was nothing left to build. That all the answers had already been chased down dark alleys and found wanting. The sky had turned the color of ash, and people had stopped asking “what’s next” and started asking “how much longer.”

But somewhere deep underground, beyond the reach of sirens and static something new was born. Not from blueprints or legacy schematics, but from a kind of raw defiance. A last act of belief in motion. It wasn’t meant to save the world; it was made because someone refused to stop trying.

It hummed when it stirred for the first time. Not loud, but steady, like it knew its place. It didn’t look like much, no polished casing, no emblem, but it worked. And in a world where even light had become a luxury, working meant everything.

People didn’t understand it at first. They were too busy counting days, rationing hours. But then it lit a corridor that had been dark for years. Then it filtered the air in a room that hadn’t been safe to breathe since memory. Slowly, doubt made room for wonder.

This was not a continuation. It was a new start dressed in scavenged metal and held together by stubborn hope. And when it moved, it didn’t just push against entropy, it invited others to move too.

No one remembers what they called it in the beginning. Names didn’t matter. What mattered was that something changed, and it didn’t come from above. It came from below, from within, from the refusal to accept the end as the only outcome.

And that was the moment everything else began.
