Dream Yard & WorldUP teamed up to bring some interactive creative digital music to the young people of the South Bronx, the workshops were part of Dream Yards Digital Learning Program dubbed the "Dream Studio". In this pilot program, youth learned a plethora of digital music making techniques & tools as well as learned about contemporary Latino/a artists from around the globe! On the 1st day of the Dream Yard "Dream Studio" Intensive/Pilot, SpazeCraft worked with a group of teens on making their own original beats & guiding their creative choices on the composition itself, all the while 1/3rd of the participants went on-line & downloaded a variety of samples from Freesound.org, Spaze did some post-production magic, sprinkled sum spazecraftian magic dust & glued it all together in the Ableton LIVE software.
