The estonian producer about : river has embarked on this very journey and returned with a cinematic sound, filled with emotion, texture and fullfilling atmospheres, that create a broad and stimulating release. His originals are filled with live percussion, analogue synthesizers and authentic piano progressions, that are all well balanced, never feeling too much nor too little.

The strong, core melodic ideas have been shifted to the dancefloor and are re-interpretated by the likes of Volen Sentir and canadian debutant Zoi. The incredibly talented duo of Volen Sentir retouched the marvelous "Silver Dusk" with a sharp & continuous groove, mixed with subtle vocal layers and smart elements, that further emphasize the beauty of the main lead. Zoi captures the ground layers of "Feather Rain and is able to extract a hypnotic and simultaniously organic atmosphere, that is inlaid in his silky smooth groove, never pushing it too far, but rather sustaining a constant atmosphere, that is both gentle and energetic."

Suisse newcomer duo Rohrer & Stohler make their debut EP on Nie Wieder Schlafen with their swinging and gentle day groover EP Wonky, that is complemented by the dark yet energetic "Social" and a subtle rework by returning underground veteran El Mundo, who delivers a warm rework with soothing vocals of the youth.

Friend of the label and underground veteran El Mundo returns to Nie Wieder Schlafen to contribute a warm and lifely rework to Rohrer & Stohler's "Wonky". His re-work on the original production, brings the sound to a more prominent and broader production, filled with textural additions that encapsulate the best of the original, while simultaniously breathing fresh air into the ideas. Subtle vocal chants, gentle guitar riffs and playful recordings of the youth create a soulful feeling, that envokes a smile on our faces with ease.
