Heiko Laux - Souldancer (Ray Kajioka Remix) Snip

Jozef K christens his new label ‘Dreaming Forever’ with his latest EP ‘Loveparade 2096’. Just as it says on the tin, Jozef wormholes us into the future, or more precisely, 2096. Combining celestial synths with clinically precise drum work, the resultant outcome is deep, bold and tasteful.

Kicking off the EP is title track ‘Loveparade 2096’. Pulsating hoover-esque bass surges alongside ethereal breaks and winding synth progressions. Mind bending music. Skudge delivers a restrained, stripped back interpretation with delicately placed melodic snapshots and minimalistic drum-work.

Flipping over to the B side, ‘Astrophel’ takes the listener on a flickering synth journey. Constantly rising and building tension, this one’s set to cause a stir in the clubs. Closing things off, acid legend Tin Man applies his signature rich, ominous sound, leaving us with a warm, bass-driven club track brimming with electrifying 303 energy.

Pisetzky’s sound comes from a walk through elevated paths, passing through obscure lanes of a mysterious soul. Hidden between its urban inspiration, his music expresses a unique vibe that drifts from a dialogue though this inspiring metropolitan nature.

Elevation, born from a collaboration with Primal, has been produced in a nordic desolated environment in the outlands of Copenaghen. It's a strong melting pot of numerous energies with its expansive arpeggios that introduces a darker twist with icy melodies and a grand break. 

Hide, an enthralling voyage between the depths of a contrasting yet soothing discourse between soulful psychedelia and dark atmospheric synth explorations 

Adria, is a merger between emotions and techno layers that convey in a visionary path that swallows you into soundscapes and abstract atmospheres. Being the main-belt asteroid and the most dance floor-driven track, it will be published in Digital Only. 

Distant Echoes Remix, is a concrete acid induced groove concretion with a psychic rawness drawn by a strong techno base that keeps the track to an intense breathless tempo and mysterious soul 

Inland Remix is the techno adaptation of an abstract mystic journey, where melody surfaces shyly from behind a curtain of reverb and industrial drums to tell you its story.

Rekids is a label that has long been putting out musical treasures, especially from it’s co-founder and ‘panorama garage’ rework aficionado known to most as Radio Slave.

The latest offering from the now Berlin based imprint is another notch on the Rekids Special Projects catalogue, that has been signed from London based artist Roberto whose expert sound has been previously released by ARTS, Fachwerk, On Edge Society, and his own Fossil Archive too.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the second track titled “Tonic” that sums up his deep, warm, chord-lead style. Taking influence from Detroit and beyond, the swirling waves of warmth and piercing string highlights are lush and full of pristine sound design from the analogue backbone and rumbling beats.

After launching their own label De Stilj, @Artefakt-Official is back with a full album on @Semantica-Records. Monument premieres track "Ossature" from the "Monsoon LP", that is out on May 6th.

The first collaborative release between @RomanFlügel and @DanielAvery arrives on Live at Robert Johnson, under the guise of ‘Noun’. 

Initially recorded some years ago across just two days at Flügel’s former Frankfurt studio, both tracks represent a meeting point between the sensibilities of two of the best-loved producers in contemporary electronic music. Patient, even minimal psychedelia shares space with the driving club music that defines both Avery and Flügel’s individual DJ sets, as well as a number of occasional back-to-back performances, where the music of Noun has since been reliably reached-for and re-contextualised ever since.

Indeed, it speaks for the confidence and craft in this debut collaboration that Noun begins with ‘Meeting of the minds’, a textural delight that finds the Anglo-Germanic pair at their unremittingly trippiest. An analogue, unwavering transmission, as if pirated from Avery’s celebrated frequencies, is wrapped around minimal drum percussion, guaranteed to equally appeal to fans of the more experimental, reduced moments in Flügel’s back catalogue. Tense as the mood may seem, in these offbeat sonic corners, lay pockets of intrigue and moments of bliss.

On ‘Team Silent’, the impact is more immediate. As the seams between individual influences melt away, Flügel and Avery roll out something tougher and more direct; a blossoming, somewhat dystopian drive-by-night of softly soaring synths, ecstatic feedback and tough drums. Somehow both understated and anthemic, this is a true late night jam courtesy of two masters of club culture. Years later, and what a difference two days makes.
