Reworked version of a song that I came up with when I had realised I could put music up on the internet again and was like "fuck it, I'll just make a song where I hit open A a bunch of times".  Back then, y'see, I just used my laptop's microphone - which was real shitty - so I've been sitting on this song for a while and just messing around with it, in the meantime.

Pleasantville

This is a cover - meaning I DID NOT COMPOSE THIS SONG, all I did was play it - the original version is by Lep Zeppelin, so once again I want to make absolutely clear that none of this song is my invention, all credit goes to Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones and John Bonham; who's combined efforts bore this song.

I think the part I'm playing was basically Page, but hey, cover all the bases.

So, now that we've established that this is absolutely NOT my original composition and that I am in NO WAY making any money whatsoever by posting this song to my barely-visited soundcloud, let me say that this is one of my favourite Led Zep tunes, wanted to learn it for quite a while but couldn't be bothered tuning nearly every string on my guitar.  Everything else I play is in standard tuning, and I prefer just having my guitar sit on that so that I can pick it up whenever I want and muck around.

Sleeping Through The Day

Watch the sun come in through the windows, it lights up the semi-shapeless forms of those sprites of smoke.  They'll twist and turn and waltz together in that shared moment of finality, and this'll be their song.

Hazy Afternoon Ghost Dance

Songs made for lyrics that don't have singers involved.  Instrumental music that's a little too short to ride the rollercoaster.  It's what a rohypnol-soaked suede pillow would sound like if it did lullabies.  
Pull up a sofa and chill out, or grab your essay and get to justifyin'.  I hear it's good to listen to when there's written work to be done - whether it's your college dissertation or whatever The Man wants done by Friday.
