I've finally done it! This is my interpretation of the completed "Power of NEO" which I think fits for another musical UT fan project that I've been working on for a while that's called "Undertale: Hard Mode". So far in this project, only 4 songs have been done and this is 5th one. Listening to "BIG SHOT" and all the NEO callbacks really gave me an idea to compose this, so I suppose enjoy the song lol.

I intended to make it sound more Hopes and Dreams-y and the constant inclusion of BAaTH/Ruins/Waterfall/An Ending/Don't Give Up/BtERtD is to represent that he is fighting for his people, determined to end the genocidal madness. Also, this is just the beginning of his fight theme, more to come! It will parallel the ASRIEL DREEMURR boss battle, in a way.

This is actually the unused version of Spear Of Justice. So I decided to give it a download for people to compare and contrast from the the one used in UNDERTALE! There will be more Unused Songs From UNDERTALE to come!

Toby's comment on why this was unused:
 "I think this is the most finished-sounding of all the unused tracks. I made this before I really knew Undyne’s personality, so while the arrangement is good, I felt like it didn’t sound enough like being heroically punched in the face."

After doing an original Undertale track for Sans (twice), I figured it was Papyrus's turn. I've always found it strange how he never got a proper genocide fight, especially given how much he trained to become a royal guardsman. While I can't program him a fight, this is the best I can do. Similarly to Karma, the idea for this came to me out of nowhere, but I'm glad it did, because this was a ton of fun to make. I hope you enjoy it.
