We also do not want to abstain from the podcast game on Soundcloud and start our series "Striped" with a set by Andi & Moritz.

The two friends have lived together for many years and have accompanied each other on their musical path. In the early morning of a fusion festival, Moritz was surrounded by sounds that were unfamiliar to him at the time and he wondered where this mysterious music was coming from all of a sudden. He brought this experience back home and after extensive online research, a new passion was quickly found. Andi was also very enthusiastic about the new possibilities that the slower tempo opened up for him when producing new music and so the common love for the slower spheres of electronic music solidified over the years. 
In the meantime, this has resulted in many shared memories that they still remember fondly today! 

We are happy to start our series this way and the set contains newer housy influences as well as a journey into the musical youth of the two!

Huhu ihr Lieben!
Wir melden uns wieder, denn es gibt ein neues musikalisches Goodie zum genießen, schweben, tanzen und feiern! Für den Dezember hat uns nämlich die liebe @madmoiselle_myrna einen wunderbaren Einblick in ihre Sammlung gegeben - und nimmt uns alle mit auf eine Rundfahrt!

Einige kennen sie vielleicht schon durch ihre schönen Recordings von Festivals oder etlichen Podcasts, oder auch durch ihre Mitarbeit im Woodlands. Collective! Und wer noch nichts von ihr gehört hat, sollte dringend mal ihre Seite besuchen und ein bisschen herumstöbern und reinhören! :)
Wir können nur sagen, dass uns ihr Output doch immer seeehr erfreut hat, und wir finden es daher umso schöner, sie heute in unserer kleinen Rundfahrts-Reihe begrüßen zu dürfen!
Vielen lieben Dank Myrna, das Set ist wirklich der Hammer und wird (bzw. wurde jetzt schon) nicht nur einmal gehört! Liebste Grüße und Drücker an dich, vielleicht sehen wir uns ja mal in Person - uns würde es sehr freuen!

Eine Dreiradfahrt mit MADmoiselle

We all know this moment - you are lying in bed with a loved one and the world stands still.

You put on some music to set the scene for rising temperatures under the sheets…

The beautiful set you put on suddenly brings you out of rhythm, but getting up to skip the track is no longer an option.

We have been scouting for the perfect Sunday morning sets for quite a while already and while "Eigentlich heissen wir Klaus" & "Mattmosphere" have been steady suppliers of them for us, we also developed the idea of asking befriended artists to record one hour of music, to which they like to stay in bed with a loved one.

It's an intimate ask, but most of them said yes.

Marc aka @lazy_hazy released an EP with us last year and joined us for a Hug Records Showcase at Katzensprung festival. 

During that weekend we learned that he is one of the most chilled people we ever met, so it was logical we asked him to also contribute a cuddle cast ;) 

We love the personal touch of every artist in their cuddle casts and we hope you enjoy it as well. 

In this case we have a very special cuddle cast here, because of all of the tracks are own productions from Mr. Hazy ;)

Cuddle Cast #4 - Lazy Hazy

While slowly arriving in real life from the Fusion parallel universe, we are still in the process of realizing that we actually played at the infamous Sonnendeck last week. What an honor! It was just overwhelming and unreal to share our favorite music with such a massive crowd on this beautiful stage. Miraculously, our nervousness disappeared right when we hit the play button and spotted so many familiar faces in the front row, so we got to enjoy those two hours to the fullest. Thanks to everyone who came around on Wednesday evening and to the lovely @3000-grad crew for having us - we will keep this memory in our hearts forever! <3

*We are well aware of the little sound quality issue throughout the penultimate track, which we didn't notice while playing (and being excited as hell hehe). Sorry for that, didn't want to re-record however!

I had a special time playing my current favorite tracks and dancing with you.🥰 There were so many of you, tbh I’ve never seen the Flucc Deck that packed. I still have goosebumps when thinking about that night.🤩

The story to this live recording

Marina (@maaje_music) and Duygu first met at a festival earlier this year. They stayed connected and Marina invited Duygu to play at Havre de Perche at Anwesend.

After they both had played their sets they thought „Wait a minute, our sounds could match beautifully, do you wanna try a b2b?“

And so it came that after the official program was over for the night they started to play at 6 in the morning thinking let’s try and play for ourselves a little bit. “A little bit” became a 9 hour ride that they both enjoyed very much. They matched perfectly and dancers started to join the spontaneous after hour. After a while Marina asked Duygu if they should press the record button but that it might be too late because they had been playing for quite a while at that point. They thought it might not be worth it because they would stop soon. The button was pressed anyway and luckily they didn’t stop for another 5 hours. So now there is a memory in form of a recording of that beautiful morning. And noon. And afternoon. At some point the power went off so here are the two hours before that.

Ps: Here and there wild things happen, buttons are being pushed and turned randomly. We have no recollection of what we were thinking there (thinking? Haha). But we still wanted to share this recording with you. It was a very special and unexpected journey for us.

Es war kurz nach 10.
Die MainStage hatte gerade ihre letzten Töne von sich gegeben als sich eine kleine Menge an Leuten vor uns in der Jurte versammelte. Wir spielten schon seit etwas mehr als einer Stunde. 
Viertel nach 10 und wir stellen mit Erstaunen fest, dass niemand in dieser Jurte am reden war.
Die Augen waren geschlossen.
Barfüßig schwebten die Menschen über die Teppiche.
Kuschelnd lagen oder saßen sie im Raum verteilt.
Es war eine perfekte Landung.

Diese Nacht wird uns beiden noch sehr lange in schönster Erinnerung bleiben. 

Wir freuen uns die gefühlvollen Klänge der Entschleunigung, aus der Sonntagnacht, mit euch zu teilen und träumen uns und euch in die Jurte zurück.

Mit ihrem verspielt verspultem, basslastigem groovy Sound sorgen sie regelmäßig für ekstatische Stimmung auf den Dancefloors von Clubs und Festivals! Auch die neu entstandene räumliche Trennung Kassel-Leipzig hält die beiden nicht davon ab, ihre Liebe fürs gemeinsame Auflegen weiter zu führen!
