Gave myself 3 days to try to record and release a single, because screw it, I need to actually try. So I decided to do a cover of the old folk song, "Silver Dagger". It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but to be honest, I'm just glad I actually saw the whole thing through. Time to go to Sheetz to celebrate. 

Update: Wasn't satisfied with the track this morning so I redid some of the vocals and feel a bit better about it.

With the world seemingly crumpling around him, our protagonist decides to hop on a train (Southern X335) and runaway from it all. But how can you run from your problem when the problem is you? Bigger than you? 

In this demo, I try to explore different topics such as depression, loved lost, confusion, self growth, and a man's relationship with his Creator.
