Happy Accident

All stemming from a company-sponsored talent show in 2013; Boston-based five-piece Dr. Fuzz couldn’t stop their creativity once they got to collaborate for the very first time.  Pulling from an extremely-talented pool of co-workers, the core group of musicians in Dr. Fuzz suddenly found themselves punching out for the day and plugging into their amplifiers to create an eclectic brand of unique rock’n’roll they could call their own and truly love to play.

Dr. Fuzz is comprised of Kris O’Brien (Vocals/Bass/Piano), Steve Shannon (Lead Guitar), Corey Arenz (Rhythm Guitar), Mike Tomkinson (Drums) and Derrick Cabral (Percussion).  Since their inception in 2013 their sound has been jammed, practiced, pushed and pulled along with every fantastic direction their music has led them.  Refining their talents and writing songs that capture attention immediately and leave a lasting impact; Dr. Fuzz has succeeded in finding their own intense sound to set them apart from the rest and have now proudly released their first demos into the world online.

With emotional hooks, authentic melodies, a tight-rock edge and a timeless sound in their combined talents, the music of Dr. Fuzz continues to impress from the stage, and now from the studio as well.  As they continue to spend their hours off the clock writing, creating and recording vibrant & exotic new tunes for an upcoming full release in 2015, the inspiring support & love for their music has truly seen both their fan-base and their own innovation grow.  Happily challenging themselves in every direction that rock-music can lead them down and having the time of their lives all the while; Dr. Fuzz have become a pure source of incredible entertainment & music with a true groove enjoyable for all.
