After helping the people of PLANET PIANO and defeating LORD PLASMA, DR. GABBA set out on a new adventure. However, he was captured by HENRY KAIZER'S evil underlings and was forced to endure extreme labor through CELESTIAL TRASH COLLECTION. He eventually escaped but his powers were now extremely low. So his robot assistant, NANCY NETHICITE, suggested they make the BLUE POTION.

The BLUE POTION recovered some of DR. GABBA's powers by putting him in a calm, mellow, trance-like state. But this is only the first part of his recovery, they still need to create the RED POTION in order to get him back to full health!
